Airports Quality of Service (QoS) Framework Results
This page displays the performance results of Malaysia’s airports under the Airports Quality of Service (QoS) Framework. These results are based on CAAM’s analysis of 4 measurement mechanisms comprising:
- data acquired by CAAM from independent inspections at the airport or by conducting passenger surveys
- data provided by the airport operator to the Commission which are by performance assessment and equipment and operator availability
