CAAM has found, through its Proposed Decision, that the application for an Individual Exemption of the Joint Business between MAB Kargo Sdn Bhd, Qatar Airways Group Q.C.S.C. and IAG Cargo Limited fulfils the requirements under section 36Q of the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia [Act 788] and qualifies for an individual exemption.
