CAAM has received an Application for an Individual Exemption under section 36Q of the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia Act 2017 on the Joint Business between Malaysia Airlines Berhad and Philippines Airlines, Inc. CAAM welcomes any party to submit written feedback on the individual exemption application by email to competition@caam.gov.my by 20 November 2026.
