Baggage Assistance and Reporting Guide

Damage of mobility equipment

If your baggage is delayed, damaged or lost upon arrival, please report the matter immediately to your airline or its appointed ground handler at the airport.

Before leaving the baggage reclaim or arrival area:

  1. Locate your airline’s baggage services office.
  2. Report the issue and obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) or reporting reference.
  3. Keep your boarding pass, baggage tag and relevant supporting documents.

Please select the relevant guide below based on your arrival terminal to identify the ground handler responsible for your airline, including the baggage services office location, operating hours, contact details and directions.
