Following the restructuring of the organisation in line with the Letter of Authority for Appointment No. K7/2019 dated 8 April 2019, Finance and Accounts Section which was previously placed under the Management Services Division was upgraded into its own Division (Finance Management) with the main function to manage and carry out duties involving CAAM’s finance and accounting operations.
Implementation of finance and accounting policies and regulations as prescribed by CAAM.
Implement and supervise the financial affairs of CAAM.
Prepare CAAM’s annual financial statement.
Prepare, coordinate and manage CAAM’s yearly budget estimation.
Administer CAAM’s fund including the collection and distribution of funds to Regional and Divisional Offices.
Administering the expenditures of petty cash.
Responsible for formulating financial procedures for the implementation of CAAM programs and activities.
Review and maintenance of financial documents including all financial vouchers for auditing and tax purposes.
Provide finance management services that meets the needs and requirements of stakeholders and to be implemented and carried out efficiently and effectively based on procedures, instructions and regulations in force.
